Studio ID shaped the interior vision — a design that reflects both the aircraft’s pioneering technology and its commitment to making sustainable travel welcoming and accessible.

Our challenge was to create a cabin that feels expansive, calming, and intuitively comfortable within the compact footprint of a regional aircraft.
Forward-looking design

Studio ID developed the interior for Cosmic Aerospace’s Skylark aircraft, translating its elegant, glider-like form into a passenger experience defined by calm efficiency and minimal design. Guided by the values of ambition, excitement, and trust, the cabin vision balances flowing lines, bold tones, and intuitive simplicity to create an inviting and future-focused environment for sustainable regional travel.
Elegant. Calm. Minimal.
The design was guided by three creative foundations that define the Skylark experience:

Elegant — flowing lines and refined proportions inspired by Skylark’s glider-like form.

Calm — simple, bold tones, indirect lighting, and a spacious 2–2 layout that fosters peace and relaxation.

Minimal — purposeful simplicity, free from clutter, giving passengers the freedom to inhabit the space naturally.​

Together, these foundations create a consistent aesthetic that is both distinctive and timeless.
From Glider-like Elegance to Cabin Flow
The Skylark’s exterior expresses lightness and aerodynamic grace. We carried this identity into the cabin through long, continuous lines, crisp surfaces, and a sense of structural clarity. The result is a space that feels connected to the aircraft’s overall form - a seamless extension of its design language.
A Calm, Inviting Journey

Flying on Skylark should feel effortless. We worked hard on the 2–2 configuration to maximise seat pitch and width, and create the feeling of openness, while soft colour transitions and indirect lighting create a soothing, light-filled environment.

Every element of the cabin was designed to feel intuitive. Surfaces remain uncluttered, details are purposeful, and materials are selected for both refinement and durability.
Texture and lighting bring depth without distraction, while CMF choices in simple tones reinforce a timeless calm. This simplicity ensures the space feels both premium and welcoming.
Future-forward materiality

Using new, pioneering sustainable materials such as bio-based synthetic leathers and lightweight carpets, every finish was carefully selected to not only deliver the ultimate luxury feel, but also have excellent durability and weight characteristics - making sure the interior embodies the same sustainability ambitions as the exterior.
